PE Bills HelpLooking for the PE Solutions or Pozitive Energy customer login?
PE's customer portal is called Enfiniti.
PE currently directs Pozitive Energy customers to enfiniti.net, where customers can log in using their username and password.
You can use Enfiniti to access account information including bills and energy usage information.
If you are trying to investigate a bill or consumption problem, we have also explained below exactly what information to look for once you are inside the portal.
PE's current official data-access guidance directs Pozitive Energy customers to:
enfiniti.net
Do not enter your password into a website simply because somebody has sent you a login link by email or text.
PE's customer portal is Enfiniti.
PE's current instructions for Pozitive Energy customers are:
1. Go to enfiniti.net.
2. Log in using your username and password.
Once inside, you can use the portal to access account information.
PE says Enfiniti provides customers with visibility of bills, usage and consumption information.
If you are trying to obtain consumption data and cannot currently see it, PE has a specific process for requesting access through the portal.
We explain that below.
Log into Enfiniti and locate your billing information.
PE Bills HelpIf consumption data is not available in your portal, PE has a process for requesting access.

PE Contact DetailsThe names can be confusing if you only want to find your energy account.
PE is the customer-facing brand.
For electricity and gas, the licensed supplier is Pozitive Energy Ltd, company number 09523048.
Enfiniti is PE's customer portal and technology platform.
So you may:
Receive a bill referring to Pozitive Energy
Visit the PE website for help
Then log into Enfiniti to manage account information
They are not three different energy suppliers.
PE currently describes Enfiniti as providing customers with access to business information including:
Bills
Usage visibility
Consumption information
Analytics
Multi-site business information
PE also says the platform can provide more detailed consumption visibility and business intelligence.
Exactly what is available can depend on the customer's services, account and how the portal has been configured.
Do not assume every customer will see every feature PE advertises.
PE says business energy bills are available to view online through Enfiniti.
Once you have found the bill, download the complete document rather than only taking a screenshot of the amount due.
The full bill can contain information you may need later, including:
Account number
Billing period
Contract information
MPAN or MPRN
Meter information
Meter readings
Consumption
Unit rates
Standing charges
Additional charges
VAT
Amount due
If you are investigating a problem, keep the original PDF.
Do not rely only on what is visible on the portal dashboard.
If the bill looks too high, work through it in this order:
1. Billing dates
2. Supply address
3. MPAN or MPRN
4. Meter serial number
5. Previous reading
6. Latest reading
7. Actual or estimated reading
8. Consumption
9. Unit rate or rates
10. Standing charge
11. Other applicable charges
12. VAT
PE has published a specific process for Pozitive Energy customers who want access to their consumption data.
PE's current instructions are:
1. Log into your customer portal at enfiniti.net using your username and password.
2. Raise a query through the portal asking PE to give you access to your consumption data.
3. If the portal is not already configured to show the consumption data, PE says it will be configured to enable access.
This is useful if you want to investigate when the business is actually using energy rather than looking only at the amount on the monthly bill.
Log in to EnfinitiDo not open the data and look only for the biggest number.
Look for patterns.
Depending on the level of data available, compare:
Trading hours against non-trading hours
Weekdays against weekends
Day against night
This month against previous months
This year against the same period last year
Consumption before and after new equipment was installed
Consumption before and after opening hours changed
Different sites in the same business
Look for:
Sudden spikes
A constant overnight load
Consumption when the premises should be closed
A gradual increase over several months
A large change on a particular date
One site using much more than expected
Then ask what was happening at the business at that time.
Overnight consumption is not automatically waste.
Some equipment genuinely needs to stay on.
Examples include:
Refrigeration
Freezers
Servers
Security systems
Pumps
Emergency equipment
Some production equipment
But if the consumption data shows a significant overnight load, it is worth understanding what is causing it.
Walk around the premises after normal closing time if it is safe and practical to do so.
Check what is still running.
The objective is not to switch everything off.
It is to know what you are paying to keep on.
Yes, consumption data can help separate two very different problems.
PROBLEM 1:
The business genuinely used more energy.
PROBLEM 2:
The billing does not accurately reflect what happened at the meter.
If the consumption data shows a genuine increase at the same time as the bill increased, investigate what changed at the premises.
If the data does not support the billed consumption, move back to the meter.
Check:
Meter serial number
Actual meter reading
Previous reading
Whether the bill is estimated
Meter exchange history where relevant
Do not assume a high bill proves high consumption.
And do not assume high consumption proves the bill is wrong.
Use the evidence.
Do not assume that because consumption information exists somewhere in a system, every bill will automatically contain an actual meter reading.
Check the bill itself.
PE's bill format identifies whether meter readings are actual or estimated.
If the bill is estimated:
Read the physical meter.
Take a photograph.
Check the meter serial number.
Record the date.
Submit the reading to PE.
Keep evidence of what you submitted.
If estimated billing continues, ask PE why the account is not being billed from actual readings.
PE promotes Enfiniti as providing multi-site business intelligence.
That can be particularly useful if your business has several properties or meters.
But do not assume every supply belongs to the same account or contract.
For each energy supply, keep a simple record of:
Site address
Account number
MPAN or MPRN
Meter serial number
Contract End Date
Annual consumption
Current tariff
When reviewing several sites, compare them individually first.
One unusually high site can disappear inside a combined portfolio total.
Do not automatically assume the highest-consuming site has a problem.
A larger site may legitimately use more.
Instead compare like with like.
Ask:
Are the opening hours similar?
Is the equipment similar?
Is one site larger?
Does one site have electric heating?
Does one have refrigeration?
Does one charge electric vehicles?
Does one operate overnight?
Did one site have estimated readings?
If two genuinely similar sites behave very differently, that gives you something useful to investigate.
Start with the basics before contacting anybody.
1. Check the website.
PE currently directs Pozitive Energy customers to:
enfiniti.net
2. Check the username you are using.
If several people manage the account, make sure you are using the details associated with the correct customer access.
3. Check the password carefully.
Do not repeatedly guess passwords if you are unsure.
4. Check whether somebody else at the business has the account access.
Finance teams, directors, office managers or previous employees may have originally managed the portal.
5. If you still cannot access the account, contact PE Customer Care.
Current PE energy Customer Care:
0333 370 9900
Have your account number and business details available.
Use the password or account-recovery options presented by the genuine Enfiniti login service where available.
Do not use password-reset links from unexpected emails or messages without checking where they lead.
If you cannot recover access through Enfiniti, contact PE Customer Care:
0333 370 9900
Have the PE account number and business details available.
First check whether another person at the business originally managed the PE account.
Look for:
The person who arranged the supply
Finance or accounts staff
A director
An office manager
A previous PE welcome email
Existing Enfiniti correspondence
If you still cannot establish the account access, contact PE Customer Care and have your business and account details ready.
Do not create a new account blindly if you are unsure whether an Enfiniti account already exists for the business.
Do not continue relying on an ex-employee's personal access.
Contact PE and explain that the person who previously managed the account has left the business.
Have information available to establish the account you need access to, including:
Business name
Supply address
PE account number
MPAN or MPRN where available
Your role at the business
PE may need to verify that you are authorised to access or change the account.
Do not ask a former employee to send you their password.
Treat the bill and portal as evidence.
Do not decide which one is correct without checking the underlying information.
Write down exactly what does not match.
For example:
Consumption
Meter reading
Account balance
Site
Meter
Billing period
Then download the bill and keep a screenshot or record of the portal information you are comparing.
Check the physical meter where the dispute involves consumption or readings.
When contacting PE, be specific.
Instead of:
“My portal is wrong.”
Say:
“My bill for 1 July to 31 July shows 8,420 kWh but the consumption information I am viewing in Enfiniti for that period appears to show a different amount. Please explain the difference.”
Specific questions are easier to investigate.
Enfiniti can be extremely useful.
But if you are dealing with a serious meter or billing dispute, do not forget the physical meter.
Take photographs.
Capture:
The reading
The meter serial number
Each register on a multi-rate meter
Keep the original photographs.
If the portal, bill and physical meter tell three different stories, that is exactly the evidence you need to preserve.
Save what you can before the information changes.
Keep:
The full PE bill
Relevant consumption data
Screenshots of the portal issue
Meter photographs
The contract
Previous bills
PE emails
Any case reference
A short timeline
Do not rely on being able to reconstruct everything months later.
PE's current data-access instructions specifically tell customers to raise a query through the portal when requesting access to consumption data.
For other account issues, use the support options available within your account where appropriate or contact PE Customer Care.
For a billing problem, explain:
Which bill
Which dates
Which meter
Which reading
Which charge
What you believe is wrong
What evidence you have
What you want PE to investigate
Avoid sending:
“My bill is wrong. Please fix it.”
Give PE something specific to investigate.

A clear explanation of the problem
If the problem is actually a billing dispute rather than a login problem, keep the billing evidence as well.
Full PE Contact DetailsA login problem does not automatically need to become a formal complaint.
Start by giving PE a reasonable opportunity to fix the access problem.
But if the portal issue is causing a wider problem and it remains unresolved, for example:
You cannot obtain bills
You cannot obtain consumption data needed for a dispute
Incorrect information remains on the account
A billing problem is not being resolved
You can ask for the matter to be handled as a formal complaint.
Our PE complaints guide explains the current escalation process.
PE Solutions Complaints GuideTreat your Enfiniti login like any other important business account.
Do not:
Share passwords by email
Give a password to somebody simply because they say they work in energy
Enter login details into an unfamiliar website
Send screenshots that expose passwords or sensitive account information
Leave access with former employees indefinitely
If somebody contacts you and asks you to log into PE through a link they have sent, you can independently navigate to the genuine Enfiniti service instead.
PE's current official guidance directs Pozitive Energy customers to enfiniti.net.
We do not need your Enfiniti password.
Please do not send it to us.
If you want us to investigate a PE bill, download the relevant documents and send those instead.
Useful information includes:
The full PE bill
Previous bills
Consumption data where available
The contract
Meter photographs
Relevant PE correspondence
If TBER arranged the PE contract and we are managing the account, we also have PE partner support routes available to us.
That does not require you to give us your personal portal password.
Upload Your PE BillTBER does not need your Enfiniti password to check your bill.
Download the documents you want us to review and send those instead.
Never email us, a broker or an unknown caller your PE portal password.
If you've got access to Enfiniti, use it.
The consumption information can be really useful when somebody tells me their bill has suddenly gone through the roof.
But I don't just want to know that you've used 20,000 kWh.
We want to know when you used it.
Was it overnight?
Did it suddenly change halfway through the month?
Did it happen when you installed a new machine?
Is Saturday using nearly as much as Monday even though you're closed?
That is where the useful information is.
The other thing we would say is don't let the portal replace common sense.
If you're arguing about a meter reading, go and look at the meter.
Take a photograph.
Make sure the serial number matches.
I've dealt with enough energy problems over the years to know that a screenshot from a system is useful, but a clear photograph of the actual meter can be just as important.
And please don't send us your Enfiniti password.
We don't need it.
Send us the bill, the consumption data and the meter photographs and we can work from those.
The Best Energy Rates
PE's customer portal is called Enfiniti. PE currently directs Pozitive Energy customers to enfiniti.net, where customers can log in using their username and password.
Yes. PE's current guidance directs customers supplied by Pozitive Energy to the Enfiniti customer portal. PE is the customer-facing brand and Pozitive Energy Ltd is the licensed electricity and gas supplier.
PE says energy bills can be viewed online through Enfiniti. Download the complete bill if you need to investigate the account rather than relying only on the amount shown on a dashboard.
PE says Enfiniti provides usage and consumption visibility. If consumption data is not already available, PE's current instructions say to raise a query through the portal asking for access.
Log into Enfiniti at enfiniti.net using your username and password and raise a query asking PE to give you access to your consumption data. PE says the portal can then be configured to enable access if it is not already available.
First check that you are using the genuine Enfiniti service at enfiniti.net and the correct account details. Check whether another authorised person at the business manages the account. If access still cannot be resolved, contact PE Customer Care on 0333 370 9900 or [email protected].
Use the account or password recovery options presented by the genuine Enfiniti login service where available. If you cannot recover access, contact PE Customer Care. Do not use password-reset links from unexpected messages without checking where they lead.
Check whether the person who arranged the PE supply, your finance team, a director or another authorised member of staff already manages the account. Look for previous PE or Enfiniti correspondence. If necessary, contact PE Customer Care with the business and account details.
Contact PE and explain that the previous account user has left. Have the business name, supply address, PE account number and other supply information available. PE may need to verify that you are authorised to access or change the account.
Yes. Consumption information can help establish when energy was used and whether usage changed. Compare that information with the bill, meter readings and physical meter before deciding why the bill increased.
Do not assume that consumption information visible in a system means every bill will automatically use an actual meter reading. Check the bill itself. If it is estimated, take a current meter reading and photograph and submit the reading to PE.
PE promotes Enfiniti as supporting multi-site business information. What you can see will depend on your account configuration. When analysing several sites, check each supply individually rather than relying only on a combined total.
Record exactly what differs, download the bill and preserve the relevant portal information. If the difference concerns consumption or readings, also check and photograph the physical meter. Give PE a specific description of the discrepancy.
No. TBER does not need your Enfiniti password to investigate a PE bill. Download the bill, consumption information and other relevant documents and send those instead.
PE's current data-access instructions specifically tell customers to raise a portal query when requesting access to consumption data. For other account issues, use the support options available to you or contact PE Customer Care where appropriate.
We can help investigate the underlying energy account issue, particularly where it concerns bills, consumption, meter readings, contracts or renewals. We do not need or want your Enfiniti password. Send us the relevant documents and evidence instead.
The Best Energy Rates is an independent business energy intermediary. We do not own or operate Enfiniti.
