PE Solutions Reviews

PE Solutions & Pozitive Energy Reviews Explained

Searching for PE Solutions or Pozitive Energy reviews can be confusing.

As of 31 August 2026, Trustpilot shows two relevant claimed profiles with very different numbers of reviews and very different scores.

One has more than 16,000 reviews.

The other has 10.

So simply quoting one star rating without explaining which profile it came from does not give you the full picture.

This page explains what we found, what customers commonly discuss and how to use reviews without treating them as proof that every customer will have the same experience.

Are PE Solutions reviews good or bad?

There is no sensible one-word answer.

The established Trustpilot profile using the pozitive.energy domain is currently branded PE Solutions and has 16,697 reviews, with a displayed rating of 4.7.

A separate newer pe.solutions Trustpilot profile has only 10 reviews and a displayed rating of 2.3.

Those figures were checked on 31 August 2026.

Because the sample sizes are so different, the two scores should not be treated as equivalent measurements and should not be averaged together.

Reviews can still be useful.

The better question is:

What problems or positive experiences keep appearing, and are they relevant to the issue you care about?

Why are there two PE Trustpilot profiles?

We found two relevant claimed Trustpilot profiles when checking PE / Pozitive Energy reviews.

The difference in sample size matters.

A rating based on 16,697 reviews tells us something different from a rating based on 10 reviews.

That does not mean either profile should be ignored.

It means the numbers need context.

Trustpilot currently displays a notice on the newer PE profile

When we checked the pe.solutions profile on 31 August 2026, Trustpilot displayed the following notice:

“This company has been displaying Trustpilot content incorrectly.”

Trustpilot also stated that the profile had no recent history of asking for reviews and that the reviews may not be representative.

We are reporting Trustpilot's current notice.

We are not making an allegation about why it appears or what caused it.

The established PE Solutions Trustpilot profile

The much larger Trustpilot profile uses the pozitive.energy domain and is currently displayed under the PE Solutions name.

When checked on 31 August 2026 it had:

  • 16,697 reviews
  • A displayed rating of 4.7
  • A TrustScore of 4.5 out of 5
  • 6,677 reviews in the previous 12 months
  • 82% 5-star reviews
  • 11% 1-star reviews.

Trustpilot identifies it as a claimed profile dating from June 2018 and shows that the company has a paid Trustpilot subscription.

The large review volume is important context.

It also means you should look beyond the headline average.

With thousands of reviews, both positive experiences and serious customer frustrations can exist within the same profile.

The newer PE Trustpilot profile

The separate pe.solutions Trustpilot profile is much newer and has a very small review sample.

When checked on 31 August 2026 it had:

  • 10 reviews
  • A displayed rating of 2.3
  • A TrustScore of 2.5 out of 5
  • 9 reviews in the previous 12 months
  • 20% 5-star reviews
  • 80% 1-star reviews.

Trustpilot identifies the profile as claimed since October 2025.

With only 10 reviews, be careful about treating the score as though it represents the experience of PE's entire customer base.

The negative reviews may still identify issues worth investigating.

The small sample simply means the headline score needs context.

What do positive PE reviews commonly mention?

On the established high-volume profile, positive reviews frequently focus on individual customer-service interactions.

Common themes include customers saying that an adviser was:

  • Helpful
  • Polite
  • Professional
  • Quick to deal with a query
  • Good at explaining what needed to happen next.

Some reviews specifically relate to everyday account administration, billing questions, Direct Debit help and Change of Tenancy queries.

That tells you that many customers have reported positive experiences with individual PE advisers.

It does not prove that every account or more complicated dispute will be resolved in the same way.

What do negative PE reviews commonly mention?

Negative reviews across the profiles commonly raise issues around:

  • Billing disputes
  • Communication
  • Delays
  • Change of Tenancy
  • Account updates
  • Moving into or out of premises
  • Refund or credit concerns
  • Contract or termination disputes
  • Difficulty getting a complicated problem fully resolved.

These are customer-reported experiences.

A review does not establish who is legally or contractually correct in an individual dispute.

If you are experiencing one of these problems, use the review as a prompt to investigate your own account and evidence rather than assuming your case must have the same cause.

Why review volume matters

Imagine two suppliers.

Supplier A has a rating of 4.8 from 20 reviews.

Supplier B has a rating of 4.6 from 20,000 reviews.

You cannot decide which supplier is better from those two numbers alone.

The same principle matters here.

The two PE Trustpilot profiles have dramatically different sample sizes.

Look at:

  • Number of reviews
  • How recent they are
  • The distribution of ratings
  • What problem the reviewer actually had
  • Whether the review relates to the service you care about
  • Whether the company responded
  • Whether the issue appears to have been resolved.

Do not judge a business-energy supplier from one headline number.

What can a supplier review actually tell you?

Reviews are most useful for spotting patterns.

For example, if you are about to complete a Change of Tenancy, reviews mentioning Change of Tenancy may be more relevant to you than hundreds of reviews praising a simple phone call.

If you are disputing a bill, look at how customers describe:

  • Communication
  • Evidence requested
  • Account corrections
  • Escalation
  • Time spent resolving the issue.

If you are considering a new contract, reviews about historic billing problems do not tell you what price you will receive.

Use the right evidence for the right decision.

What reviews cannot prove

A customer review cannot by itself prove:

  • That a bill is legally correct or incorrect
  • That a contract is valid or invalid
  • That a supplier has broken the law
  • That every customer receives the same service
  • That every positive review means the supplier is excellent
  • That every negative review means the supplier is poor
  • That a supplier will be cheapest for your business.

For a billing or contract dispute, your own:

Contract

Bills

Meter readings

Meter photographs

Emails

Responsibility dates

Payment records

and supplier correspondence

matter more than somebody else's star rating.

Worried about PE Change of Tenancy reviews?

Change of Tenancy appears in both positive and negative customer experiences.

That makes good evidence particularly important when moving premises.

On the day responsibility changes:

  • Take meter readings.
  • Take meter photographs.
  • Record meter serial numbers.
  • Keep evidence of the responsibility date.
  • Keep copies of everything submitted.
  • Then check the first or final PE bill.

If PE's account information is wrong, deal with the evidence rather than arguing from somebody else's review.

Worried about PE billing reviews?

If your concern is billing, start with your own bill.

Check:

  • Legal customer
  • Supply address
  • MPAN or MPRN where available
  • Meter serial number
  • Actual or estimated readings
  • Contract Type
  • Contract End Date
  • Unit rates
  • Every fixed daily charge
  • VAT
  • CCL where applicable
  • Payments
  • Credits
  • Billing period.

A negative review about somebody else's bill cannot tell you why your bill is wrong.

The bill and meter evidence can.

Worried about PE contract reviews?

Check the actual agreement rather than relying on somebody else's contract experience.

Look at:

  • Legal customer
  • Supply
  • Start date
  • End date
  • Unit rates
  • Standing Charge
  • Other fixed daily charges
  • Supplier Charges Schedule where applicable
  • Termination provisions
  • Any pass-through provisions
  • The version of PE's terms that applies to your agreement.

PE has published different terms for contracts signed during different periods, so do not assume that a review about somebody else's contract describes yours.

Should I avoid PE because of negative reviews?

We would not make a supplier decision from reviews alone.

We would look at the actual offer and the needs of the business.

That includes:

  • Total annual cost
  • Unit rates
  • Total fixed daily cost
  • Contract length
  • Credit position
  • Payment terms
  • How the charges are structured
  • The business's consumption profile
  • Any supplier-specific terms that matter to the customer.

Reviews are one piece of information.

They are not a substitute for reading the quotation and contract.

If you are comparing a PE quote, check the whole fixed cost

One thing we would check separately from customer reviews is how the PE quotation presents fixed daily charges.

PE quotations can contain separate daily charge lines, including:

  • Standing Charge
  • Distribution charges
  • Transmission charges.

The figure labelled Standing Charge may therefore not represent the total fixed daily cost of the quotation.

Add together every applicable fixed daily charge before comparing the offer with another supplier.

This is a quotation-comparison point.

The Best Energy Rates Desk

We would never tell a customer to choose or avoid an energy supplier just because of a Trustpilot score.

Reviews are useful, but we want to know what the actual problem is.

If you're worried about PE because you've read billing reviews, start with your own bill.

If you're moving premises, get the meter readings and photographs right.

If you're considering a contract, let's compare the actual rates, fixed charges and terms.

And if you've already got a problem, build the evidence around your own account.

That tells us far more than somebody else's star rating.

The Best Energy Rates

Why are we publishing a PE reviews page?

The Best Energy Rates is an independent business energy broker.

PE is one of the suppliers we may work with.

That does not mean we should hide negative reviews or only show positive ones.

Our job here is to help businesses understand the information they are looking at.

If PE is suitable for a particular customer, we can explain why.

If another supplier is more suitable, we can explain that too.

There is no separate fee payable to TBER for our standard comparison service.

We are generally paid through commission associated with the energy contract you choose.

Where commission applies, we believe customers should understand how we are paid and we can explain the commission relating to your contract before you proceed.
